Working Principle Of Gravity Multi-disc Thickener

1. The pulp flows into the tank from the pulp inlet, and continuously accumulates on both sides of the fan-shaped plate through the partition plate.
2. The rotation of the disk brings the pulp to the mesh surface, and the high-pressure water washes off the disk pulp. The filtrate flows from the water conduit in the middle of the disk into the large shaft and is discharged outward.
3. With the continuous operation of the disk, the pulp concentration in the tank body increases due to the continuous discharge of filtrate. When the liquid level in the tank body is higher than the liquid level adjustment plate, the pulp overflows to the discharge box, thereby concentrating the pulp.
