Single Effect Fiber Separator Cylinder

The cylinder adopts wear-resistant and pressure-resistant design standards and is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. The pulp enters the cylinder along the tangential direction from the inlet. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor breaks down the raw materials and separates light and heavy impurities.
Light impurities are discharged from the center of the cylinder gland, while heavy impurities enter the sand tank along the tangential direction of the cylinder and are discharged due to the principle of centrifugal force.
