The pulp pump sends the pulp from above the cylinder into the separation chamber along the tangential direction, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller to make the pulp circulate in the separator.
The heavy impurities in the pulp are quickly thrown to the periphery and rotate along the cylinder wall, and the heavy slag enters the slag removal system.
Light impurities accumulate at the center under centripetal force, and are discharged from the outlet at the front end of the center under pressure. The accept pulp separated from impurities enters the next process through the sieve plate.
