The working process of the paper machine vacuum pump is divided into three steps: suction, compression and exhaust.
1. The motor drives the internal impeller to rotate at high speed, and the gas in the gap of the pump body is sucked in;
2. While the impeller rotates, it compresses the sealed gas, increasing its pressure and reducing its volume;
3. The impeller discharges the compressed gas, forming negative pressure and simultaneously discharging the gas in the pump body.
This cycle is repeated until the air or gas to be processed reaches the set value.
