The Hydrapurger is a device integrating fiber dredging and impurity separation. After the device is installed in the pulper, it is a two-stage pulping separation equipment to separate the light and heavy impurities in the waste pulp, and to dredge the paper not broken by the hydrapulper.

Hydrapurger Structure

The Hydrapurger is composed of a steel cylinder body, an impeller separator, a transfer motor and a pulp inlet pipe installed in a horizontal direction.
Due to the action of the weir plate inside the separator, the heavy impurities are deposited at the bottom, and the pulp and light impurities enter the circulation area to the cylinder screen for further slag removal.
When the impeller turns back, the pulp flow is drawn along the central axis and thrown out from the circumference of the impeller at high speed, forming a strong turbulent circulation.
