Workflow Of High-speed Stock Washer

1. The low density pulp is sprayed between the mesh belt and the grooved driven roller through the flow box under pressure. Under the high-speed centrifugal force and the extrusion of the mesh belt and the driven roller, the ash, filler and water in the pulp are centrifuged and removed.
2. The initial concentrated stock is further dehydrated and concentrated with the high-speed mesh belt into the active roller, and the concentrated stock is scraped down by the scraper and sent out by the discharge screw; Under the action of high pressure swinging water jet, the mesh belt is fully washed.
