Working Principle about The Double Disc Refiner

After the pulp enters the double disc refiner casing from the inlet pipe of the double disc refiner, it is evenly divided into two grinding areas. Under the axial sliding action of the turntable, the gap between the two grinding areas can be adjusted. The pulp passes through the disc grinding gap from the inside to the outside and is refined between the fixed disc grinding discs and the moving disc grinding discs of the double disc refiner. For the double disc refiner with double outlets, the ground pulp is discharged out of the machine through two pulp outlet pipes and enters the next process.
