Working Principle Of High Density Cleaner

Pulp at a certain pressure through the feed tee tangent line into the slag separator after high-speed rotation, due to the difference in centrifugal force, heavy impurities are thrown to the wall, under the action of gravity, gradually run to the bottom of the cone, into the slag tank.
Because of the small centrifugal force, the fiber gradually runs to the central low pressure area, and then rises vortexically after reaching the bottom, and finally exits through the pulp pipe.
