The High Density Cleaner consists of a feed tee, a pulp outlet pipe, a large cone, a shell, and a sediment tank. The upper part of the cone is made of wear-resistant cast iron and the tail part is made of glass. The interior is smooth and has a long service life. The pulp enters tangentially from the upper feed tee, and the accept pulp outlet is at the center of the upper part. The lower cone has a balance water inlet, and the bottom is equipped with a gate valve and a sediment tank. The lower cone and the sediment tank are respectively equipped with peek glasses. The equipment has a reasonable design of the upper feed tee and pulp outlet pipe, and has a long separation cone, which can achieve good separation and slag removal effects when the pulp concentration is high.
